Currently we only post items to the United Kingdom. Free Delivery only includes the UK Mainland, for all other areas within the UK we will only charge what it costs us, please contact us beforehand for a Quote.
Normally we will not deliver a cycle other than to the address of where the credit card is registered. If you require your cycle to be delivered to an alternative address please indicate this during checkout when you are asked for any special delivery instructions, we will then contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.
Items ordered by 3pm : We will endeavour to post the next day. However there be the odd occasion where this is not possible and will be delayed to the following day (for items ordered on Friday & Saturday then Monday will be considered the next day.)
The following terms apply to cycles:
As we are a Professional cycle shop we do not just shift boxes therefore: All cycles are required to be assembled as much as possible, checked out before posting.
We aim to post cycles ordered Monday to Thursday within 48hrs.
We do our best to make sure that all Cycles on our site are in stock, on the odd occasion that we made a mistake and have not adjusted our stock we will check with our suppliers and if the cycle is available we will post within 3-4 days.
On the odd occasion we may need to cancel a cycle as despite our best efforts we cannot supply it within a reasonable time frame.
