Making A Purchase Your Security: The order details and address that you enter will be encyrpted by our
secure server. On the next page you will be asked for payment method. As your security is
our utmost concern. We use the HSBC bank to process online payments on our behalf.
When you select payment method will be HSBC Epayments,then your encyrpted address
and order details will be sent to our area on the HSBC Secure server where you will be able
to enter payment details safe in the knowledge that the systems that HSBC use are highly
secure and up to date.(This does not affect our ability to process refunds)

Shipping And Handling Delivery is included on all Items featured on our Site.

Delivery Schedule Currently we only post items to the United Kingdom. Free Delivery only includes the UK Mainland, for all other areas within the UK we will only charge what it costs us, please contact us beforehand for a Quote.

Normally we will not deliver a cycle other than to the address of where the credit card is registered. If you require your cycle to be delivered to an alternative address please indicate this during checkout when you are asked for any special delivery instructions, we will then contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.

Items ordered by 3pm : We will endeavour to post the next day. However there be the odd occasion where this is not possible and will be delayed to the following day (for items ordered on Friday & Saturday then Monday will be considered the next day.)

The following terms apply to cycles:

As we are a Professional cycle shop we do not just shift boxes therefore:
All cycles are required to be assembled as much as possible, checked out before posting.

We aim to post cycles ordered Monday to Thursday within 48hrs.

We do our best to make sure that all Cycles on our site are in stock, on the odd occasion that we made a mistake and have not adjusted our stock we will check with our suppliers and if the cycle is available we will post within 3-4 days.

On the odd occasion we may need to cancel a cycle as despite our best efforts we cannot supply it within a reasonable time frame.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges We only accept orders for the UK unless by prior arrangement. All orders made include 17.5% VAT.

Credit Card Security We as a company do not process your credit card details, we use HSBC Bank Epayments system. Your address details are encyrpted by our secure server which passes the address details in encrypted form to the HSBC secure payment processing systems. You will then enter your credit card details on our secure area on the HSBC site. By using the massive security resources of the HSBC Bank to process credit card details, we believe offers our customers utmost security for their credit card details.

Returns Policy If for any reason you wish to return goods (except where they are faulty) then you will be required to pay for the postage of the item, where this is a bulky item such as a cycle we can often arrange it to be shipped back at a lower cost, please contact us for details. We also reserve the right to recover our postage costs on the outward journey. Obviously this will be waived if the item was mis described or faulty.

Should you wish to return an Item you must contact us within 7 days of recieving the goods.
