You can book your repair in to our workshop from the comfort of your own home. Our workshop can be very busy, especially in the summer months. Although you are welcome to drop your bike instore without notice, booking in your repair can get you to the front of the queue & a quicker "turnaround". It also helps us as we will have an idea of what specific service you wish, and also gives us a "heads up" as to the potential issues you have with your bike.Choose from 3 options when booking your bike in :Platinum Service, Mini Service or Custom Repair

At checkout stage simply register as a "new customer" if you havent used our site before. When asked for payment information simply choose "Pay In-Store" option, no card details will be asked for and no payment will be made at this stage. Finally "complete purchase" and your bike will be booked in for your selected repair. You should then recieve a confirmation via email to confirm.

Platinum Service : £60.00 #Does not include servicing of suspension or hydraulic brakes##any hydraulic brake bleeds and/or suspension servicing would be charged separately from the work carried out below#Includes carefully washing frame, forks and wheel rims.Degreasing any dirt/crud from chaining's, mechanisms, sprockets and drivechain to ensure top performance.##Within the Platinum Service Chainsets, chains, sprockets/cassettes are removed from your bike and de-greased/cleaned individually#Spokes tensioned, Wheels retrued, Gear and brake cables lubricated.##It is fairly common that gear & brake cables are replaced within service packages, this is a fairly inexpensive process & maximises the performance in braking & shiftingGears and brakes adjusted and fine tuned to maximum performance.Tyres inflated to correct pressure. Every component checked, adjusted as necessary or replaced.Check all nuts and bolts are checked & torqued accordingly.Cycle will be polished on completion of job.Price quoted includes degreasers, lubricants and polish. (Finish Line Products Used)Final invoice will include a detailed report on the cycle and the work carried out.Please Note: A “Service Surcharge” of £5 (per area#) will be added to your final bill if your cycle required any internal work on wheel hubs#, headsets# and/or bottom brackets#.All prices quoted above do not include any replacement parts required on your bike.
Mini Service : £30.00 #Does not include servicing of suspension or hydraulic brakes##any hydraulic brake bleeds and/or suspension servicing would be charged separately from the work carried out below#This is a service for cycles that are in fairly good order and require minimal attention. It includes adjustment of brakes and gears for a smooth performance. Checking wheels for true & lubricating brake and gear cables##It is fairly common that gear & brake cables are replaced within service packages, this is a fairly inexpensive process & maximises the performance in braking & shiftingCheck tyres are at the correct pressure and making sure that all nuts and bolts are checked.Please Note : Any cycles that have a heavy crud/dirt build up on components and frame will not qualify for a mini service.All prices quoted above do not include any replacement parts required on your bike.
A Custom Repair is something which is quite specific. Perhaps your bike is in good order but you have one or 2 issues that require attention. It could be a broken chain, a buckled rear wheel after hitting that pot-hole on your commute home. It could perhaps be that your gears are requiring attention but the rest of your bike is fine. All we ask when booking in your bike is to give us as much information as regards your repair requirements.
